All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 5 business days.
Fulfillment time refers to the time required to process, prepare, and hand off your order to the shipping carrier. This does not include transit time.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for transit timing rests with the carrier.
Q4 and Holiday Shipping Delays
During Q4 and holiday seasons, shipping delays are common due to increased carrier volume.
By placing an order during this period, you acknowledge and agree that:

Delivery may take an additional 5 to 10 business days beyond normal estimates

Holiday related delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks

No Refunds or Cancellations Due to Shipping Time

Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We recommend contacting the carrier directly for delivery disputes or filing a claim if applicable.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for:
