Refund policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.

After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled, as processing and preparation may have already begun.

Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of Pilates equipment, used or opened items are not eligible for return. These products may be damaged or compromised if used incorrectly, and we are unable to safely inspect or resell used items.


Return Shipping, Tracking, and Restocking Fee

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • A 15 percent restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns

  • Original shipping charges are non refundable

Returns must be approved before sending any item back.

The return address will be provided only after the return request has been approved.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once a return or refund is approved:

  • Customers must ship the item back and

  • Provide valid return tracking information within 10 days of approval

If tracking information is not provided within 10 days, the return or refund request will be voided.

No refunds or returns will be granted after the original 30 day return window, regardless of approval status, if tracking requirements are not met.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receipt if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You receive the wrong item

If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace the item at no cost or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or failure to follow provided instructions is not covered.


Non Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been opened or used

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs

  • The 15 percent restocking fee

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and valid tracking was provided, please contact

Chargebacks

Chargebacks are not an accepted method of resolving order issues.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us directly so we can assist you with a replacement or refund when eligible.
